I loved this dress!! It is a white ball gown, with off the shoulder sleeves. It has a beaded top with a sweet heart neckline. The skirt is tulle. It bustles in the back in 12 places, giving it a really pretty shape. When unbustled it has a train. It was altered to add a built in bra and some structured sides to keep the top in place.
