This dress is brand new. It has a sparkly/sequined top with a very full tulle ballgown. I ordered this dress in a tall, which means it comes with a lot of extra length. If you are 5'9 to 6'0 this dress would work perfect (with heals). If you are shorter, you can easily have it altered. I LOVE this dress but ended up not getting married after I purchased it. It's a stunning dress and will make any bride feel like a true princess.
