Hem has been altered to a height of a 5’6”. The train has not been altered. Bra cups have been inserted but easily removable by seamstress. 9 clear button traditional bustle has been sewn in. Two buttons on the right side have fallen off. Easily to replaceable. Also easy to take out whole bustle and to alter it.
