This dress has a French bustle, and comes with an additional underskirt for added volume underneath the dress. It has double foam cups sewn in as well. It's a beautiful dress, and really got a ton of compliments. Purchase was inspired by Kate Middleton's dress. Worn with a cathedral veil, which I can also sell if you'd like.
