This dress is a beautiful gown. The stripes on the gown are satin and there is a train, but it can be tied up for dancing :) It is strapless and sits on the natural waist. It is comfortable and I tested if I could sit in it; I could. It is a fun and classic dress with a twist- the satin stripes give it a look I have never seen before. There is a matching veil with a satin stripe around the edge. There was never a final fitting. I sent dress and veil to be cleaned and preserved and the box was never opened after that. I no longer have photos of myself in this dress, that model is definitely not me. It looks good on many different women.
