This decadent and ornate strapless mermaid gown is from Ian Stuart's Killer Queen Collection. I bought this from Kleinfeld's in a size 12 and had it slightly taken in at the BUST to fit my 34B chest. It was also slightly altered to cater to my height (5'8" and 5'9" with shoes). The bustle is made with a scrunched taffeta fabric (perfect material for traveling ) and is adorned with tasteful crystals. The bustle falls asymmetrically to the right side with cascading billowing bow-loops and hand made roses adorning the front, layered on top of soft tulle which all comes together in the back to form a train. A petticoat is included with the dress. I was married in Iceland and needed an extravagant dress to complement the country's stunning scenery and backdrop and this dress was the one! It complemented my personality and embraced my individuality. We did not have a grand reception (so no stains) Just some scenic photos which means there may be some grass stains on the bottom/INSIDE of the dress which MOSTLY HAS COME OUT WITH dry cleaning or completely cut off if hemmed up.
